Overview

Scaled the national inquiry services platform powering mobile ownership verification (Shahkar) and address validation — critical infrastructure consumed by fintech, e-commerce, and government digital onboarding across the country.

Role Summary

Built and scaled public verification APIs with HMAC request signing, per-organization rate limits, IP allowlisting, and quota management for national mobile and address inquiry services.

Responsibilities

  • Developed Shahkar mobile-ownership verification API for institutional consumers
  • Built national address inquiry service with standardized response schemas
  • Implemented HMAC request signing and IP allowlist security model
  • Designed per-organization quota and rate-limiting framework
  • Created developer portal documentation and sandbox environments for API consumers
